AquaCal® has a full psychometric test facility that allows the unit to be performance tested across most operating ranges. The air temperature can vary from 32°F to 120°F, with a relative humidity of 40% to 99%. The water can be controlled from 45°F to 104°F.
AquaCal® Engineering has a variety of software at its disposal to assist in the design of heat pumps. First and foremost, we utilize SolidWorks design software to create 3D representations of the components. These components can be made to rotate as in operation, or move in an out of the unit representing steps in assembly. We also utilize various Microsoft products that help calculate heat duties, estimate component stress and organize projects.
AquaCal® Engineering employs a variety of highly-skilled and sought after staff that assist in many different capacities including design, process improvement, testing and production support.
